These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online training and examination services provided on the ICTCP® website by AfterImage B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Wassenaarseweg 145, The Hague and Chamber of Commerce number 85196533. By accessing or using our website, courses, or exams, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
AfterImage B.V. offers digital training materials, online courses, and certification exams accessible via the ICTCP® website. Services may be updated or modified without prior notice to improve performance or compliance.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the services. By registering, you affirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify AfterImage B.V. immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are due at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods listed on our platform. Access to paid content is granted only after payment confirmation. Applicable taxes, if any, are applied in accordance with Dutch and EU VAT regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, software, videos, and documentation are owned or licensed by AfterImage B.V.. These materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Attempt to copy, record, or redistribute training materials or exam content.
- Use the services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with website operations or security.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
8. Exams and Certificates
Users must follow exam instructions and rules provided. Cheating or attempting to manipulate exam results will result in invalidation of certifications and possible account suspension.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase and before you have accessed any module or exam attempt, in accordance with EU consumer law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterImage B.V. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of income, data, or reputation.
Use of the services is at your own risk. The total liability of AfterImage B.V. shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. AfterImage B.V. does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
12. Personal Data and Privacy

13. Termination
AfterImage B.V. may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, you lose access to all services and materials.

15. Amendments
